You wanted to get out while the going was good.For me, opening up large, unlabeled, vintage speaker cabinets is the most exciting thing in vintage hi-fi. Sometimes you get Jensen "Special Design" (which isn't very special) and sometimes you get JBL, Tannoy or even Western Electric (it's like winning the lottery).
One interesting related side note. Over the last few years I have progressed through some of the top vintage amplifiers (Marantz 2s, Brook 12As and Craftsmen C-500s - I'm now using a custom made SET amp), but I have been using the same vintage speakers during that time. I hope you get my point.
