Good question. I have some Raytheon USN 7308, steel pins, 1965, and these are good tubes indeed. Perhaps the 6922 is as well. More the Amperex house sound for lack of a better description. Internal structure appears to be virutally identical to Ammperex/Philips tubes of this era. Works nicely in the SP-10 phono stage.Did Raytheon make this/these tubes? They certainly look like Philips/Amperex.
