but i would like to know what keeps modern tube makers from making tubes that sound as good as the NOS ones? I just replacef a set of JJ6922 with a pair of Siemnes E1199CCs, whics are a bit aged....a world of difference...i bet they measure the same, or maybe the JJ even measures better...but it is like moving from the balcony to the third row.dee
