Nope, It's Not The Power

The CJ MV60SE has suffiecient power. It can certainly make speakers go loud. But it falls short in keeping up with the music's drive, and to track the music when it has to go quickly from moderate volume to peak loudness. As others have said here, it does not boogie. So, the fault in the MV60SE is qualitative, not quantitative. Once we understand this, then we're able to tackle the problem, rather than substitute one fault for another.

But in the short run, before you decide to make rash, wholesale changes, get an Oyaide SWO-XXX outlet, an excellent match for the CJs. With the XXX, you may find that the system's ability to go from whisper quiet to loud is better than you think.

I have heard the SF Cremona Auditor with a variety of amps, and from these experiences, I know that the speaker is capable of handling dynamics. I know the dynamic shortcomings lie solely with the CJ MV60SE.
