As far as I know, these are equivalnets: 6DJ8, 6922, 7308, ECC88, E88CC, and 6H23P plus 6H23P *-EV is the Russian name, sometimes the Cyrilic chatacter is translated as "6N23" .The differences are in the ratings as to current handling and longevity rating>
6DJ8 ratings:
ECC88 = 6DJ8 130V/1,8W
E88CC = 6922 220V/1,8W
E188CC= 7308 250V/2W
6H23P ("P" may be "Pi" sign)/ Sovtek 6922 300V/1,8W (also seen called "6N23Pi")
6H23P-EV/ EH 6922 300V/2W (also seen called "6N23Pi-EB")
Warning: I've heard of people using all kinds of substitutes- even the 6BQ7, but as a techno-dyslexic myself, an dgiven these tubes were differentied for engineering reasons, I would look carefully into the electrical specifics of any alternates- you can be put significant strain on either the amplifier and/or too much stress on the tube. Whne in doubt, ask the maker of the gear which types can be used.Cheers,
Bambi B
