Can anyone tell me how to bias a Marshall JCM2000 TSL122?

I searched and searched the net. I could not find information on how to bias this amp. I did find information that bias is suppoesed to be set at 90mv. But that is not reliable. I also read that each tube had it's own bias pot. But I also read that people are buying matched quads. Why would you need a matched quad if each tube is biased independently? Anyway I want to try my SED EL34's. Can anyone help? Thanks
