difference between a 6N13S(6H13C) and 6N5S?

I've seen replies here that 6N13S is equivalent to 6SA7G. But nothing much came up on 6N5S.

And doing a net search for their datasheet didn't turn up much. I did find a datasheet for the 6n13S. but not for the 6N5s.

any ideas?
