I do not have an HF-81 in front of me...but I took a look at the schematic.Each pair of outputs has its own cathode bias setup (ie- resistor and cap).
So you should be able to get away with putting a MATCHED pair into each channel.
Since you imply in your post that you have 2 matched pairs, you should be fine.
