The more microfones and processors used in the recording and mixing, as in pop music, the more likely that there is no determing signal polarity.Signal-polarity differences are most-easily heard on very simple recordings, perhaps solo piano recorded with only 2 mics. But the differences are still QUITE subtle in the opinion of this tin-eared audiofool.
