My sincerest apologies to Roland from Tango Tubes for my mistrust and hasty accusations provoked by non-receipt of his reply to my messages. I received his message with tracking into today. I hope my hectic posts will not (and should not) spoil his reputation. He is definitely a very knowledegable and cooperative person, ready to answer all technical questions, questions about years of manufacture and production codes, etc.
Roland, I hope you don't have hard feelings and I will post a feedback once I receive the tubes.
