1625 is pretty much the same as an 807 or 6L6, ecept for the 12V heater. Replacements shouldn't be hard to find and shouldn't cost much. 600V is pretty high though - 400V would be better, even lower for class A. Use any 6L6 or 807 circuit.I don't know how that transformer would work, unless it had a solid-state rectifier, letting you use the two windings in series for heater power.
