ARC is recommending SED 6500c with the amps now. Have you experienced those? How do the TS 6550 reissues sound (once fully burnt in) compared to the SED 6550s?I'm going through this decision as we speak - I have one amp (mono-ed D70II) with SED 6550c, and one amp with Ei KT90II. I prefer the Ei KT90, but, I've not found another set yet. I also have a quartet of TS 6550 reissues on hand.
My choices seem to be - replace the KT90s with SED 6550c, or get another quartet of TS 6550s. Unless someone sells me Ei KT90 IIs soon.
