Check out this link http://www.space-tech-lab.com/BufferPage.html He has some tube buffers that will convert RCA to Balanced, they also have buffers with transformers that will convert. I have a preamp from the same company and highly recommend them, Super High End gear at good prices. The Owner + designer Albert is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable he will custom make to your specs. to match your gear. All his gear is hand made with point to point wiring.
