As has been mentioned below, this is most probably a Russian equivalent of 5Z4 with ratings similar to an indirectly heated 5Y3. Giveaway: 4 pin base and upsidedown "flying saucer" getter. If so, it has much lower current and voltage ratings than 5AR4 and must not be used in 5AR4/GZ34 app...it will most likely arc on start-up.
