My tube preamp needs help. The unit powers up and the tubes glow, but there is no sound. I have an Mapltree Audio Ultra 4A preamplifier. I bought it used so I don't know exactly how old it is, but it has to be at least a few years old. I also know that it had some upgraded capacitors and resistors installed by Antique Radio Service in California about 18 months ago by the previous owner, but that seems like a long way to have to ship this unit for repair when I live out here on the east coast. Any help or recommendations are desparately appreciated.
