If the tube has the 5687 inside this rectanagular box then the tube is likely a RCA or Tung Sol. Both of these manufacturers used an insignia of this type ... but I have seen numerous Tung Sol 5687's with this type of printing. Look at the getter and see if the tubes getter has a D shape. If so, its a Tung Sol. If the tube has a round halo getter it could still be either a RCA or Tung Sol. Does the tube have what appears to be rust on the plates?
