Help with VTL MB185! No bias on one tube and resistors seems fine?

Hello All,
Was listening to some tunes this evening and one of the 6550s in the right amp started glowing cherry red. I got to the amp before the B+ fuse blew, shut it off, and removed the bottom to inspect the resistors and other parts...
Replace the tube, fired the amp back up and got bias on all the other tubes, but not the one I replaced?? Couldn't seem to get it back in range (maybe 50 mv compared to the 275mv normal range) so I took the bottom cover off again to re-inspect parts. Everything still looks fine.....kinda puzzled now.
Any input is much appreciated.
