Any old tube hand can tell you that these are Mazda 12AU7 tubes period. Again, Telefunken never made silver (nickel) plate pre-amp tubes. You should send this post to the seller. Better yet, let people know who it is. Atleast Asylum users would be aware.If he charged you the average market price for a 1960s Silver Mazda 12AU7 then it is OK. If he charged you Telefunken ECC802S prices, then it is a scam not different from Gold Plated Teelefunken 12AX7/12AU7 that keep appearing on Ebay and Audiogon.
