I have a pair of AES Sixpacks and last night I noticed one of the front output tubes was not lit. I felt of the glass and it was not hot so I immediately shut down the amp.
I checked the fuse and it looks fine. I switched the tube in question with another (the one behind it) and the same tube did the same thing.
The tube appears ok when I first power up the amp, but in about 15 minutes the light inside begins to fade and the bias drops from it's usual 220 to just above 100.
