origin of 5751 tubes by Ken Rad & Tung Sol?

Seems like most 5751 were made by RCA, GE, Sylvania or Raytheon and a very few are now around by Ken Rad & Tung Sol. Does anyone know if 5751 tubes were actually manufactured by Ken Rad & Tung Sol or merely rebranded? Just wondering if their construction and characteristics would be any different. Thanks
