The 1st & 2nd terms are basically interchangable for the same arrangement. The 3rd is entirely differant (and is the one that shares output terminals). Perform asylum searches for all three terms for info. Triode-strapping a pentode output tube is another subject & much searchable asylum info on this exists as well.
