Hmmm well I guess different people have differen't results in different systems with the TS. Well that is to be said with any tube. But if you want more HF I doubt SED is the tube you want. But then maybe they will sound different in your system than mine. I gotta ask though... Have you done much experimenting with different interconnects and speaker cable? Have you thought about having the amps modified? There are so many ways to change the sound of a system. And seeing as you need to spend upwards of $400 dollars on tubes, you may want to consider some other way than rolling 16 tubes. Cables can make a huge difference. Cap replacements make huge differences. Try some silver interconnects or speaker wire.
