It was their top integrated reciever with all the bells and whistles. To me it is butt ugly, but some find the cosmetics refreshing. It has a power amp section similiar to the highly regarder SA-232 power amp. There are a bunch of 12AX7's in the preamp section. I had one for a while and liked it, but I did not do any restoration and suspect it would sound better after some work (my SA-232 certainly did).Rodney
