I had a D50 same style as yours but lower power. I would use the same tube as the matched pairs or a 6550A. As best as I can remenber I ran the outputs at max current and had to replace this about twice as often as the power tubes. This tube passes all the current and does have a great effect on sound, so mine best advice... Do not go cheap on this tube.Hopefully enought info.
Tubes always go bad on weekends, have spares............
