Hickok 533A settings for antique 01A tube?

I really need some help here. Not sure why Hickok wouldn't have included this tube in their tube chart, or even the "obsolete" tube chart, but I can't find it, yet.
Can anyone provide the settings for this 01A on the Hickok 533A?
