Per an article in the March 2006 Vintage Guitar mag, Mike Matthews is having an issue from the Russian Business Estate (RBE) firm after declining an offer to buy New Sensor Russians subsidiary ExpoPUL and the Reflector factory.
Shortly after ExpoPUL director Vladimir Chinchikov received a notice from the factory's power supplier, Refenergo, saying the plant's utilities would be disconnected in January because the supplier's equipment was in need of repair. Refenergo is a subsidiary of RBE.
