RCA 12AT7 made in W. Germany?

Hey, first post here. I have a pair of RCA 12AT7/ECC81's on the way. They're made in W. Germany and RCA is in red or orange. I couldn't find anything on these so I got'em out of curiousity. I've read that the E. Germany RCA's should be avoided. I've read that the European RCA's are good. (These statements could be read as conflicting, I guess.) I haven't found any comments on W. Germany RCAs specifically.
I'm going to try them in a Jolida 202. I've had it for a couple of months, but I haven't given much thought to trying other tubes until this week. Now I find myself looking all over the net for tubes and info on tubes. Man, all I needed was another time-consuming obsession. Not sure why I started with the 12AT7. Would I notice much difference changing these as compared to the 12AX7?
