Noise when I turn my mono amps off. 4-12AX7's behavior

I isolated the noise at power-down to the 12ax7 in each of my mono amps. Between four different pairs of 12ax7 tubes, two were noisy and two were not.
Pope 12ax7 pair from KD, platinum grade: one of the two were noisy. (6months old)
Tesla Ecc803 gold pin 1960s from Tubemonger: both were noisy at power-down. (9months old but not used as much as the popes)
RCA long black plates from Mark Walker at Rogue Audio: no noise (1 year old)
Mullard 4004 from KD: no noise (2+ years old)

This leads me to ask if these really nice NOS tubes make noise at power down for anyone else. Has anyone had an experience where NOS tubes make noises, but continue to run fine? The Teslas and Popes are superior to the RCAs and far superior to the Mullards in my system. It would be a sad waste of money to not get to use them any more.

Thank you.
