well, the thing is, the unit is some chinese unit relabeld under soundstream, which back a few years ago was pretty nice entry level equipment for the car. I bought it through some guy on the net and took a chance. The unit came and was acceptable. The tubes inside however, were obviously some garbage that they threw in. However, it does really give a warm sound, just not enough sparkle. If you could see the instructions from the unit and see all the errors within the translations, you would understand that I really don't feel that I will get too far asking soundstream. They probably don't know anything about the product. It's just the chinese unit with their sticker on it.
