This reminds me of trading ham radios. In that community, it would take an escrow site to keep the crooks away.I saw a tube swap site a few years ago without hardly any activity. I suggested to have a site about 18 months ago on AA. I also believe only registered members of AA would be able to trade to hopefully insure that one of the parties does not get taken by a crook. The logistics appear difficult to manage with regard to ones safe trading.
