Looks to me like these are famous black-plate RCA 12AX7's from the 1950's, judging from their appearance. Canadian Marconi sold tubes procured from various sources. They sound fine. They can be easily had for less than $10 a piece NOS, and may cost slightly more if they have original boxes.
