I agree with the East German production at best. It is not West German. I have had a few of those come into my hands and they do not sound like West German Siemens. Interestingly I was testing some 7308's for someone and came across a couple of tubes marked "Made in Holland" that were obviously West German Siemens with proper tags and separator plates. Why would you do that?
