What else happened..When I turned the chasis upside (two) one of the caps came diconnected from each channel and i was only getting half power.It produces considerable heat so what i did was re wrap the wire several turns around each cap becuase there are no leads on these teflons and resoldered them and they are much better now.Then i put the original 25mf bypass caps back in that i just changed and when i measured power out i was getting 34watts before clipping.When i changed the bypass caps as you said and i did change the resistors on the phase splitters along with those bypass caps I got 38.5 watts before the clip on the sinewave at 1khz.So that phase splitter is very critical more so than i imagined.I know PS are excellent and make an amp have SE qualities but it if its not perfectly balanced as you said it wont give you maximum power or bandwidth.
