Do yourself a favor and listen to some of the better New Production EL 34s from either JJ - SED Winged =C= Versions or Mullard EL 34 Reissued versions with either Brown or Black Bases. As these are all some of the best options available until you can afford Metal Bases Amperex or Mullard EL 34s NOS 1950s.

Or at least some of the more desirable General Electric 6CA7s. Just an honest opinion.'
