NOS with test reading of 85? Please help!

Dear all,

I am a novice in tubes and would appreciate if someone can enlighten me on tube tester reading please?

What to make out from a claim that says NOS NIB 6SN7WGT which is tested at 85/85 on a TV-7a/u tester with minimum reading of 50?
