Scrap.95% of all hum when its in both channels is power supply related.I dont know if you have a volt meter and a little electromechanical prowess but if you take the bottom off the amp and cover you can check to see if you have AC voltage across the filter caps.If you have more than 5 volts Ac a filter cap would be a good bet.However if one of your new tubes developed heater to cathode leakage,that can also cause hum.Make sure you checked the usual like cable inputs and broken cables and loose rca jacks.Also I have seen solder connections on the grounds go sour to and those of course you just resolder.
