What tubes are you using.Are they biased correctly?Have they broken in yet(varies per tube brand)? All these have a strong bearing on your amps sound. Expect new power tubes to change in 70 to 100 hours,and the 12ax7 and 12at7s to break in with 30 to 40 hours.
