Wow! Talk about customer support.

I was unfamiliar with Merlin until a week ago when I heard a pair of monitors at Evolution Audio that sounded and imaged great, projecting a deep soundstage. Adding the sub was icing on the cake, resulting in a fine full range set up. I was impressed.
