Hi, I will try that right now. I just removed the speaker post and found no fuses anywhere. I just fired them up again and did an A/B comparison to give you guys a better idea of how these sound. I connected Tannoy Stirling on one side and a Magnepan on the other. I turned the treble all the way down on the preamp for the Tannoy and the treble all the way for the Maggie, the result was about the same on the top end response for both speakers playing at the same time. Don't get me wrong, I do get midrange and bass but very little tweeter sound. I don't know if this is normal or not. Here is some of the vintage speakers in my Arsenal, maybe I'm a sucker for their top end and expected the same out of the Maggies; Yamaha NS-1000M's, Tannoy Stirlings, Spendor BC1's, Celestion SL-600's, JBL 4425's, ESS AMT 1D's, and the list goes on and on. This is the first time for me playing with Magnepans and the top end or little to no top end was the first thing I noticed. I hope I cleared a few things up on this posting. Thank you guys again for your response!!!!
