Taking away the delivery charge and upgraded cable ( which you can do later if you want), there isn't much difference in price but considerable difference in options down the road. I, personally, would strongly prefer buying from a local hifi dealer ( assuming you like them and have been treated well).Their expertise, especially, can be of great benefit as well as , I presume, service if you ever need it.
Perhaps you experience is different but I have never found anyone that was very knowledgeable about highend audio at a national chain ( which doesn't mean they might not be pleasant etc.)You have to decide what you value- a relatively small difference in money or the potential for everything else to be better at dealer B.
