Excellent combination. One concern would be that if you really like to crank it the Rotel might be a little under powered for the 703 which likes higher power amps. If you listed at medium to lower levels (but are not aiming for "danceclub" volume) it should be perfectly fine and you can always add an amp to the Rotel receiver if you need more power.
