The best , of course , is what YOU consider the best. I like DH Labs locking bananas as it means a very secure fit but don't over tighten.
Another option would be audioquest BFA bananas. I don't like spades because of the difficulty of finding a good match for your particular speaker - the problem is some binding posts are 1/4 and some are 3/8 inches so you have to be sure with spades .
