Select H to mean Hot or Positive or Red. Owing to their time period, likely 25 watts program or 50 watts peak power handling, 10 watts to drive. Probably the woofer is mfg by CTS (#137-xxxx on magnet back). Nice speakers, a friend had a pair. My smaller 8" Electro-voice EV-7 also have CTS-sourced drivers. I've always liked CTS driver speakers, irregardless of the Brand on the cabinet.
