I also have SDA 1A and CRS+ and I cant figure it out either. If you use the TV alone and sit in the center of the picture you dont need the center channel. The center channel if to locate the sound at the tv for people viewing from the sides as the sound will otherwise sound to be coming from the closet speakers. Enjoy.......
