That's true Duke.
My old Boston Acoustics had floor mounted foreward firing woofers playing up to 400 HZ with no problems.Klipsch Cornwalls and Altec 19's woofers play well up into the mids, and are close to the floor.
Plus, I think the RM 60 is designed to sit on top of subwoofers, or something ?
