Fix the Kef's, and get rid of those non stock tweeters.
The 104.2 is a great speaker, if not butchered.One can get on Britan's audio boards and may be able to find a tweeter.
Your KEF's, if working right have a midrange to die for.
I remember The IMF's, good bass, ok sound, but certainly no 104.2.
