In the Allison product line literature (the original company, not the reconstituted and now defunct one) the crossover type was referred to as a LC half section.I believe this refers to the fact that the crossovers are 12dB/octave slopes but the actual networks are 6dB type with the natural 6 dB/octave rolloff of the Allison mid and HF drivers at the crossover points providing the total acoustical slopes of 12dB. Anyone know for certain?
