The most dynamic I have heard lately in a speaker was the Beryllium tweeter used in the new Pioneer TAD speaker.I have worked with a lot of different tweeters and designed speakers with a lot of different types of tweeters.
I have used the Scan Speak Revelator (9900) and the 9500 model. I have used the Usher 9950, various Dynauido, Morrel, Vifa, HiVi ribbons, Seas Millennium, and lots of other soft domes. I have been a dealer for Focal (used them a lot), Cabasse, and Raven. I have also used the Aurium Cantus ribbons many times. I have even had several tweeters custom built for my company and others.
The most dynamic and real sounding to me are the BG planar magnetic tweeters. The little BG Neo 3 pdr beats the paints off the high dollar domes. Whole groups of them in a line source are scary good and sound more real than anything else that I have worked with.
