There's no change from what was heard at DIY NE. Dennis Murphy has been working on his version and has also had similar Seas units that have the same characteristic sound. His crossover is a bit lower, where I also tried. It lowers the woofer breakup, but I heard what I thought was tweeter strain there. You may want to wait until he publishes his version. I don't think he's quite ready yet, though.You may also want to consider the more elaborate one, the second one auditioned. I've had it back in service and consider it an improvement, but it is at additional cost.
