I've got the Totem Model 1's on some rather fragile Sanus wood stands, and want to get something more stable. And hoping this will improve the sound, as I find them at present to have kind of thin and shrill highs. Also, mids need some more body. I'm told stands should improve these aspects. I'll find out.
So, I'm looking into some Skylan stands. They appear to be well made, and can be custom sized, and the price is right. Wondering whether 2 or 4 posts would make a difference, or if one is prefered over the other for thr Model 1's. Also, curious to know if any of you have tried these versus steel stands for Model 1's.thanks, Vince
